Many of our Canadian Riders have a link with the UK Speedway Team the Poole Pirates. Allan Kidd from Kitchener, Ontario was the team Captain in 1960, Gary Ford rode in 1979, Bingley Cree in 1948, their frst year of competitive racing and most recently, Kyle Legault was signed by the team, but was forced out of the season through a past injury. A group run by our webmaster celebrates the history of the team, with an abundance of facts and photographs.
